Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Miller Lane pieces — and if not, we are here to make it right! If you would like to make a return, please email hello@millerlanemercantile.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to return. The item must be in its original condition (no usage or tags removed). If the item(s) appears used, Miller Lane Mercantile has the right to refuse a return or exchange. Please mail your returns to:

Once we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment — you can expect to see the return on your credit card statement within 2-3 business days from the time of receipt.

As a small business, initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to return an item in person at our brick and mortar location, please have your order confirmation email or receipt on hand.

Returns can be made within 14 days of your initial purchase. After this time, we are unable accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding in accommodating what works best for our shop!
