Bake beautiful shortbread cookies at home with this Ceramic Shortbread Pan! Each cookie slice will be imprinted with a lovely thistle design. All of Emerson Creek's pottery is made by artisans in Bedford, VA to be used daily as functional art.
To use: After creating your shortbread dough, press firmly into the pan and prick the full surface using a fork to add air. Bake in the pan at 325 degrees for about 30-35 minutes or until light brown. Cut the pieces while still warm and let the pan cool before washing.
