End of Summer Galette Workshop

Time: 5:30-7PM

We’re thrilled to host our very first culinary workshop at the new store location: a hands-on galette making class with our friend and wizard with a whisk, Amanda Chestnut of Sweet Amandel!

Each guest will make their own galette — either sweet or savory — and take it with them to bake at home. This workshop is intended for bakers of all levels. Everyone is welcome!

We are reserving this class to just 10 guests, so please note that space is limited.

What We’ll Provide:

  • All ingredients to make a delicious galette using seasonal produce

  • Cutting boards and prep tools

  • A takeaway which will include the recipes for pie dough, sweet and savory galettes, as well as additional pairing ideas for the fall/holiday season ahead

  • Refreshments to enjoy during the workshop

What You’ll Bring:

  • Sheet pan or cookie sheet to transport your galette back home to bake

  • Knife - any that you are comfortable using to cut fruits and vegetables

  • Rolling pin

  • Apron (if you’d like; optional)
